Kris Verhellen (°1965) studied law and management. Following this, he became one of the driving forces behind the constant growth of the Leasinvest group, and became CEO and member of the board of the new Extensa Group in 2005.

Ward Van Gorp (°1968) is a legal counsel and candidate notary. In the notary practice and with Level 3 Communications he gained wide experience in real estate, both in Belgium and abroad. Since 2001 Ward has been in charge of the residential developments in various countries, first for Leasinvest and later for Extensa Group.

Early 2007 Laurent Jacquemart (°1975) joined Extensa Group as Chief Financial Officer, after more than 8 years of experience with the consultancy company Deloitte Real Estate. Laurent has a degree in civil engineering. He also obtained an MBA and an MRE (Master Real Estate).

Özlem Gökçe (°1972) is an architect and urban designer holding an MBA degree. After realizing various big scale real estate projects in key management positions for companies such as Enternasyonel Turizm Yatirim and Turkon, she joined Extensa in October 2009 as General Manager Extensa Istanbul. In 2011, Özlem Gökçe was elected vice-president of GYODER (an association grouping more than 130 Turkish real estate companies).

Razvan Oprescu (°1967) obtained a degree in architecture in Antwerp. He worked as an architect for Belgian and Dutch clients. Razvan was one of the founders of LLOX Architecten. In 2007, Razvan joined the Extensa team as Director of Extensa Romania.

Štefan Harmaňoš (°1979) holds a Master degree in Architecture from the University of Bratislava. Before joining Extensa in 2006 as Country Manager Slovakia, he worked for Eurolekaren Slovakia as Development Manager.
